Bringing a High Care Ethic to Our Work

We care because we know it makes a measurable difference in the world.

Our Story

People talk about their “work ethic.”

But what about their “care ethic”?

Tracy Call started her career selling radio airtime. She loved the media business, and she loved helping small business owners.

But something was missing.

When she was told to raise rates on a loyal client for no reason, she realized the industry was becoming too much about numbers and not enough about caring. She started Media Bridge in 2010 based on a simple but radical philosophy: “We’re going to truly care about our business partners. We’re going to do what’s right for them. We’ll grow when they grow.”

It worked. Today, Media Bridge is the second-largest ad agency in Minnesota, and we’ve earned a place on the Inc. 5000 list an unprecedented eight times. Most importantly, we’ve helped our business partners expand their franchises, launch IPOs and grow from regional players into national powerhouses.

You’ll get a huge hug when you walk through our doors. But you’ll get an even bigger smile when you see our results.

What We Do

Our care ethic is unmatched, just like the results we deliver to our clients. You can count on each of us to put it to work every day in everything we do.

Our Process

Our process is human-driven. Nothing is cookie-cutter. Everything is custom. We collaborate with you to do what’s best for you.

Our Team

Talent. Grit. Heart. That’s what you want in any team, and you’ll find plenty of it on ours.

Tracy Call

Founder & CEO

“Caring about small business owners led me to start Media Bridge in 2010. Caring about our people has led us to remarkable growth. And caring about issues like equity and inclusion leads us to ‘do’ — not just ‘try’ — every day.”

Toni Dandrea

CMO/President & Partner

“There’s beauty in life’s imperfections. Don’t be afraid of failure, and stop burdening yourself with the pressures of perfection. Instead, use moments of imperfection to learn, grow and lift yourself to new heights.”

Jessica Birkholz

SVP Media

“To truly understand your business, your team and your partners, you need to absorb and understand what others are saying and doing. Have a voice at the table, but don’t take the power of listening and observing for granted.”

Kristen Giovanis

Head of Finance

“Responsiveness is so important, especially in media. If you don’t have an answer right away, make sure you have it in 24 hours. It’s true in business, and it’s true in life: Follow through.”

Christine Evans

SVP Operations

“Einstein said, ‘I have no special talents. I am only passionately curious.’ I’ve always seen curiosity as the ultimate key to success. That means everything from ‘how can we improve this process?’ to ‘how can I make the world a better place?’”

Mark Andersen

Executive Creative Director

“Creativity is a real business advantage. It’s incredibly powerful. Sincere, distinctive creative connects people with brands. Do that, and your business can’t lose.”

Jessica Westberg

Vice President of People
“My mantra combines quotes from John Lewis and Shirley Chisholm: ‘Never, ever be afraid to make some noise and get in good trouble. And if they don’t give you a seat at the table, bring a folding chair.’”
