  • Strong background in organic social media marketing
  • Ability to handle multiple client social accounts
  • Passion for social media and digital marketing
  • Knowledge of paid social media strategies
  • 2-3 years of experience required in content planning and creation, analytics, reporting and social media community management
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with and manage clients individually or with a team
  • Development of brand awareness and online business reputation
  • Content creation and management (original text, images, video or HTML)
  • Analyze the appropriate social metrics, insights and best practices
  • Knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
  • Cultivation of leads and sales through social efforts
  • Knowledge and experience in paid social advertising and optimization
  • Knowledge of creative suite and other creative tools to make social media graphics
  • Must love double-stuffed Oreos


The Social Media Specialist should be a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers online. Their passion should come through as he/she engages with customers on a daily basis through content creation. An essential component is communicating our clients’ brands in a positive, authentic way that will attract today’s consumers.

Content management duties include:

  • Creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content
  • Create a regular publishing schedule
  • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
  • Hands on management of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
  • Customer service/community management
  • Create ad copy and ad creative

Analytical duties include:

  • Optimize ads through A/B testing and reallocate budgets based on findings
  • Pull insights and analytics through various platforms and analyze results to communicate to client


  • Four year college degree in related field or at least 3 years of on the job experience.
