Tracy is an award-winning marketer with over a decade of experience in media and advertising. Having battled on both sides of the fence in media sales vs. buying, she is uniquely qualified to knock your socks off with unmatched rate negotiation and bigger picture thinking. Since starting her own agency in 2010, Tracy has fast become the woman behind the curtain for her clients, leveraging national spend like a big box agency minus the massive overhead with her team of top-notch traditional advertising experts in Minneapolis.

Rory Wade

Chief Financial Officer

From former Coast Guardsman to financial expert, Rory is not a man you want to mess with. With nine years of experience in accounting, tax management and financial planning and analysis, there is quite literally nothing that can slip by. He’s constantly fighting for our clients, making sure everything runs as ordered and spends most of his time protecting your hard-earned dollars. When it comes to the office, he’s truly the Media Bridge hawk. He analyzes everything to manage our budgets in the most effective ways to get us to our goals, (and also to help manage our slightly-expensive coffee addiction). In his free time, you can find him biking the trails or playing with his furry four-legged sidekick, Dexter.

Toni Dandrea

Vice President of Marketing

For Toni it is not about winning fancy awards for her agency. It is about driving results for her clients. She has created integrated marketing campaigns that have allowed her clients to gain exceptional growth. Toni has a complete 360 view of advertising that she brings to her clients. She wears many hats such as generating content marketing strategies, to media buying/negotiating for multiple markets nationwide, and social media strategy/implementation. Advertising practices and mediums change daily. Toni takes it upon herself to adapt and bring innovative ideas to the forefront for the Media Bridge Advertising clients, making her one of the most dangerously agile full service advertising experts in Minneapolis.

Maria Hileman

Creative Director

Advertising has never felt like a job, it's a passion. At Media Bridge Advertising, Maria jumped at the opportunity to be very hands on in a variety of roles: creative director, copywriter, public relations and brand strategy. As the Director of Creative Services she handles all things creative and believes great ideas can come from any size budget or account. Maria and her team comes up with the creative solutions that shape the overall brand experience for our clients. She is no stranger to the Minneapolis advertising scene. Maria started her career eight years ago at Periscope and spent the last three cutting her teeth in advertising at Carmichael Lynch managing their agency communications and marketing.

Jessica Birkholz

Director of Media

Jessica makes it her mission to get the best deal. Negotiating is a passion of hers that she not only enjoys but lives and breathes each day. She comes to the table with almost a decade of media buying experience at the corporate and agency levels with a large amount of time at Menards Corporate helping them to “Save Big Money". Jessica has a full spectrum grasp on the media landscape with experience in buying broadcast, digital, and print. She has worked with over 800 radio stations, over 200 TV stations, three major internet radio companies, as well as over 1,000 newspaper publications while managing multi-million dollar budgets. She knows what clients look for, how accounts should be managed and what it takes to get a deal done.

Michael Libman

Director of Business Development

Michael Libman is an expert in building and maintaining loyal connections. Michael comes to us with 14 years of sales and media experience. He has an extensive background in print, digital and broadcast. Michael's top priority has always been doing the right thing and making decisions in the best interest of his clients. As a result, he has formed long-term partnerships and garnered respect on both sides of the fence with clients and the media. Alongside marketing and advertising his other passion is real estate where he buys, renovates and sells foreclosures and short sales. He owns and operates his own LLC so he truly understands first-hand small business inside and out.

Alex Rollins

Senior Creative Producer

As the in-house, creative utility man for the agency, Alex spends most of his time in the Adobe Creative Suite or behind a camera creating content for clients. This St. Thomas grad has cycled through a number of Justin Bieber-esque hairstyles, while managing to be a published songwriter and composer. Alex spent his formative years in an indie band, playing festivals like SXSW and hearing his songs on network television shows and independent films.

Holly Davies

Digital Content Manager

Holly joined Media Bridge with a passion for content creation and everything social. She constantly finds new ways to tell a brand’s story and keep her clients ahead of the trends. With a knack for the creative side of marketing, Holly strives to bring new perspectives to make bold statements and create high quality content all the way from copy to visual. She works specifically on content creation, digital marketing initiatives, and layout design. Her previous brand experiences include CRAVE Restaurants, Bentley Motors, True Value, Ice Castles and Bellagala. While she isn’t obsessing over every detail of her content plans, she can be found hunting for the best local dark beers, photographing old buildings and rock climbing.

Emily Garbrecht

Digital Marketing Manager

There are three things that Emily is beyond passionate about: Coffee, French Bulldogs and Digital Marketing. She lives and breathes everything digital and specializes in thumb stopping social content for our clients, as well as finding and creating relationships with influencers that will bring an authentic and unique voice to your brand. Her insane amount of positivity paired with her fierce “never stop” attitude brings our strategies to a new level. When she isn’t seeking out the latest social trends, you’ll find her at the gym or finding the newest famous frenchie on Instagram.

Nate Reinhart

Marketing Manager

Nate graduated in May 2016 with an Economics degree, but don’t put him in a box. He helps with a little bit of everything in the office, including, but not limited to, design projects, content creation, social media, brand management and even billing/payroll. Nate is passionate about whatever is put in front of him, and even if he doesn’t know how to do something right away, you can be sure that he will put the work in to figure out how to get it done - and then do it well. In his free time, he loves playing basketball, watching the Minnesota Timberwolves play and adventuring out to find new places to eat seafood.

Justin Malecha

Digital Media Strategist

Justin graduated in May of 2017 with a degree in Marketing and Psychology, which ended up being the perfect pair when creating effective social media content. His passion is finding the latest social media trends and understanding how to implement them in unique ways for each brand. With a passion for creative projects, he works primarily with content planning, digital marketing campaigns, and creating social videos. When he's not buried into his computer screen editing, you can find him scouring through the many breweries in Northeast Minneapolis, digging through stacks of records at the nearest record shop, or camping at his favorite adventuring locations.

Jon Vogel

Graphic Designer

Jon graduated from Saint John's University in May of 2016 with a Major in Communication and a Minor in Art. He was originally drawn to the sports industry, first interning for the Minnesota Vikings in 2015, and then starting his post-grad life at a sports data company in 2016. It wasn't too long after that Jon felt the urge to return to his creative roots. He specializes in graphic design, primarily through the Adobe Creative Suite, but has the experience and willpower to tackle almost any other creative project that a client asks for. When Jon isn't trying to keep up with today's latest design trends, you will find him sipping on an IPA from a local microbrewery, ranting about the Vikings, or trying to find the best tacos in Minneapolis.

Jenny Veldkamp

Director of Finance

Jenny literally controls the most important part of the business….the money, both incoming and outgoing. From invoicing and billing, to posting schedules and collections this money maverick and mother of three runs a tight ship. She’s got the clients back, ensuring all media runs as ordered, and if not she’s fighting for every last cent (no joke, she’ll call you out on a penny). Jenny ensures the financial objectives of Media Bridge are being met, tracks growth and controls all accounting related functions.
